About This Assessment
This assessment measures anxiety severity across seven validated dimensions — nervousness, uncontrollable worry, generalised worry, inability to relax, physical restlessness, irritability, and anticipatory fear.
At the end you will receive a measured score, a severity band, a written analysis of what your results mean, and specific guidance on next steps — including whether the Linden Method recovery programme is appropriate for you.
