Founded By
Charles Linden — the world's foremost anxiety recovery specialist.
Charles Linden developed the first version of what became the Linden Method after recovering from severe anxiety condition himself in 1996. What he identified — and subsequently built a 30-year practice around — was the neurological mechanism by which the threat-response system resets.
His work has been documented in an academically reviewed NHS clinical trial, featured in the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, and The Times, and used by clinicians, schools, corporations, and government agencies worldwide. He is the only person to have identified the anxiety recovery mechanism, built a repeatable delivery system around it, and produced consistent, permanent outcomes at scale.
