6 ASRS questions + 5-question anxiety assessment · 4–5 minutes · Instant results
About This Assessment
This assessment uses Part A of the Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale v1.1 (ASRS-v1.1) — the screening tool developed in conjunction with the World Health Organisation and validated across multiple international populations.
The ASRS Part A contains 6 questions covering the symptoms most predictive of ADHD in adults — completion difficulty, organisation, memory, task initiation, physical restlessness, and hyperactivity.
Following the ADHD questions, a brief anxiety assessment is included. Anxiety and ADHD are highly comorbid — anxiety is often the most distressing aspect of an unidentified ADHD presentation.
